This 2.4-2.6kg rack of pork with the fat on can be backed as a whole cut or portioned in to 8 cutlets which can be cooked separately.
This item is chilled and has not been previously frozen. It is OK to keep chilled for approx. 2-3 days then freeze for up to 6 months.
All of our pork is Free Range from the northern area of Australia. It all comes from the one small family farm and is located near Goondiwindi on Queensland's fertile Darling Downs.
Our pork is all antibiotic free, hormone free, high welfare certified and is not moisture infused meaning you get 100% Australian pork.
